How it arrives
- You choose your plan and pay at checkout.
- Your order confirmation arrives by email straight away.
- Your download link follows within minutes, to the same email address.
- Click the link, save the files, and start whenever you are ready.
How long you have access
Your access runs for the length of the plan you bought — 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. During that time you can re-download your files, and you receive any updates or extra material we publish. We recommend saving the files to your own device so you keep them.
What you need
- Any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer
- A PDF reader — every modern device already has one built in
- An email address you can access
- Optionally, a printer, if you like working from paper
If your email has not arrived
Give it 15 minutes, then:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. This is where it goes nine times out of ten.
- Search your inbox for “Balkan Programs”.
- Check you typed your email address correctly at checkout.
- Still nothing? Email support@balkani.online with your order number and we will re-send it by hand, usually the same working day.
Lost your files later?
Email us from the address you ordered with, quote your order number, and we will re-issue your download link at no charge for as long as your plan is active.
