About the programme
What exactly do I get?
A complete reward-based dog training programme as downloadable PDF guides: a week-by-week plan, core obedience, everyday manners, puppy foundations, socialisation and confidence work, troubleshooting guides, and printable progress trackers.
Is this a video course?
No. The programme is written and illustrated guides in PDF format, designed to be read on a phone during a training session or printed and kept on the kitchen counter.
What is the difference between the 3, 6, 12 and 24 month plans?
None in content — every plan contains the complete programme. The plan length is how long you keep access to your library, to updates, and to the extended material we publish during your period. Longer plans cost less per month.
Will this work for my dog?
The methods suit puppies from 8 weeks and adult dogs of any age, any breed and any size. What matters far more than breed is consistency: 10–15 minutes a day beats an hour once a week. We cannot promise a specific result for an individual dog.
My dog already has a serious problem — will this fix it?
The guides cover common problems such as pulling, jumping up, barking and poor recall. They are not a substitute for in-person help. If your dog shows aggression, severe anxiety, or a sudden change in behaviour, please see a vet or a qualified behaviourist first.
Do I need special equipment?
No. A flat collar or harness, a normal lead, and food your dog likes. Nothing needs to be bought from us.

How quickly do I get it?

Does my plan renew automatically?
No. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You are only charged again if you place a new order.
Can I upgrade to a longer plan later?
Yes — email us and in most cases you pay only the difference.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right is waived at checkout. We do refund if the files never arrived, are unreadable, or you were charged incorrectly. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

What does Premium Extended Support add?

Can I add support after I have bought a plan?
