One-to-one help, for when the guide alone isn’t enough.

Premium Extended Support adds direct access to our training team for the whole length of your plan. Training rarely goes exactly to plan — this is for the weeks when your dog regresses, a new problem appears, or you simply want someone to tell you whether you’re on the right track.

• Personal plan adjustments when your dog’s progress doesn’t match the schedule
• Video review — send us a short clip of a training session and get written feedback on your timing, rewards and handling
• Behaviour troubleshooting for specific problems in your home
