Everything we sell is a digital product — PDF training guides delivered by download. This affects your cancellation rights, so please read this before you buy.
1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal, and why it usually does not apply
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
However, Article L221-28 13° of the same code removes that right for digital content supplied on an intangible medium where delivery has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout you are asked to give that consent so that your download link can be issued immediately. Once you have given it and your download link has been sent, your 14-day withdrawal right is lost and the order cannot be cancelled.
If you would prefer to keep your withdrawal right, do not accept immediate delivery — contact us at support@balkani.online before ordering and we will arrange delivery after the 14-day period instead.
2. When we do refund
We will always put things right in these cases:
- You never received your files. If the download link did not arrive, or does not work, and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
- The files are corrupted or unreadable and we cannot supply a working replacement.
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
- The product is not as described on this website.
3. What is not refundable
- Change of mind after the download link has been issued
- Buying the wrong plan length by mistake — but tell us and we will usually let you upgrade and pay only the difference
- Your dog not progressing as fast as you hoped. These are training guides, and results depend on consistent practice. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome for an individual dog.
- Not having a device able to open a standard PDF
4. How to request a refund
Email support@balkani.online with your order number, the email address used to order, and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help.
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days, and your bank may take a few days more to show it.
5. Statutory guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code.
6. Complaints and mediation
If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, write to us first. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code — details are on our Legal Notice page.
