These terms govern your purchase and use of products sold on balkani.online by Balkan Programs, 31 Rue de l'Oasis, 92800 Puteaux, France (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.
1. What we sell
We sell digital training programmes for dogs, delivered as downloadable PDF guides, and an optional email-based support add-on. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Orders and contract
Product pages are an invitation to buy, not an offer. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, where payment is refused, or where we suspect fraud or licence abuse.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in euros (€) on the product page and at checkout.
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any applicable VAT is shown before you confirm.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Your download link is issued automatically by email, normally within minutes of payment. See our Delivery page for details and what to do if it does not arrive.
5. Your licence to use the materials
When you buy a plan we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the training materials for your own dogs, for the length of your plan.
You may: read the guides on your own devices, and print a copy for your own use.
You may not: resell, rent, share, publish, upload or redistribute the materials; remove copyright notices; use them to run a commercial training business or class; or share your download link or account with anyone else.
We may withdraw access without refund where these terms are seriously breached.
6. Plan length
Every plan contains the complete programme. The plan length determines how long you keep access to your library, to updates, and to any extended material published during your period. Plans do not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you place a new order.
7. Support add-on
Premium Extended Support is an optional add-on providing email guidance for the length of your plan. It is educational guidance, not veterinary or professional behavioural diagnosis.
8. No guarantee of results
Our guides describe reward-based methods that work for most dogs when applied consistently. Every dog is different, and progress depends on your dog’s age, history, health and how consistently you train. We do not guarantee any specific result.
Our materials are not a substitute for veterinary care or in-person professional help. If your dog shows aggression, severe anxiety, pain, or a sudden change in behaviour, consult a vet or a qualified behaviourist.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site and downloads available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve the training materials; updates are included for the length of your plan.
10. Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for loss arising from your use of the training methods in a way that departs from the guides, or for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law, including our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and the statutory guarantees owed to consumers.

13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Please contact us first at support@balkani.online. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code — see our Legal Notice.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
